  • Data loss, downtime, or third-party service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for services in the last 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or failure to comply with payment obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the state of Virginia, without regard to conflicts of law.

9. SMS Program & Messaging Terms


By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS (text) messages from Boost Innovators LLC related to your account, services, marketing updates, reminders, and notifications.

  • Message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.
  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

10. Opt-Out Instructions
